I am an independent artist. I make reborn babies for my own enjoyment and yours. This is a sole operation, therefore, I have set forth policies that I will strictly adhere to in order to function as one person making creations for people worldwide. Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority! I will bend over backwards to make my customers happy and I am easy to work with. I enjoy working with you! If you have a special request, just ask me. TERMS
**Please note that all initial deposits are completely non-refundable and non-transferable unless the baby is damaged due to shipping. See Shipping section below. All prices are final. On custom orders, once your sculpt has been ordered, you cannot change it unless you want to pay additionally for the new sculpt. If I have already started working on your baby, the sculpt cannot be changed.
**I offer a discount for some multiple orders. Ask to see if your items qualify.
**Babies ship out as soon as complete payment is made and cleared.
Acceptable Payments- US Currency only $$$ Discounts for paying w/ CASH method. Ask me.
Money Orders/ Postal Money Orders- US currency only please.
Western Union- US currency only please.
Personal Checks- A $25 fee for returned checks will be added to the price of your baby. Please note that my bank requires 10-15 business days for clearance before they will guarantee me that your check has successfully exchanged. Consider this when making your final payment as it could delay the shipment of your doll.

Lay A Way Courtesy Plan
I will work with you to come up with an acceptable payment plan that will suit you within a time frame of up to 12 months. Simply let me know the method you plan on using for payments and we will work something out. I am easy to work with. Just communicate with me.
Here are the rules for lack of communication which have never happened so far and hopefully never will:)....
If for some reason, I try to contact you for a payment due and you do not communicate with me, I will list the baby for sale and you will forfeit your deposit and the doll after 14 days of not answering me.
If for whatever reason I do not receive a promised payment within 10 business days of the date I was supposed to receive it, and you have not communicated to me regarding the payment, then I will list the baby for sale and you forfeit your deposit and the doll.
*Layaways are held on a first come first served basis. I will hold a baby for 7 days to await the arrival of your payment in the mail. If I do not receive a payment within 7 days including the weekend, then the baby will be immediately available for purchase by someone else. Email or phone me if you want to place a baby on layaway. Once your payment is received, your baby will officially be on layaway for you and will not be sold to anyone else. However, if your payment does not arrive within 7 days and someone buys the baby while your payment is on the way, I’ll send the payment back to you when it is received or you can apply it to another baby doll.
Note that on custom orders, I will not buy your sculpt or begin work until I’ve received payments equaling at least the minimum required deposit. This could possibly result in having to choose a different sculpt if the one you’ve chosen sells out during the period of time when you are making payments.
Note: The first payment toward your layaway is non-transferable to other items. All layaway payments are non-refundable- NO EXCEPTIONS. If you decide to cancel your layaway for any reason, all payments except your first down payment will be credited to your account and can be used for future purchases. Your initial down payment is forfeited upon cancellation of layaway and will not be credited to your account. Absolutely no refunds will be given on any payments for any reason. Please make sure that you intend to follow through with your purchase before choosing this option.
Guarantee
I stand behind my craftsmanship 100%. I put my heart and soul into each baby I create. All doll babies “born in Neverland” are made of the finest materials currently available on the market Once you receive your baby, if you decide for any reason at all, including buyer’s remorse, that you don’t want to keep your new baby, I will offer you a refund or exchange. I would rather baby come home to me than live somewhere he or she is not unconditionally cherished.
Returns/Refunds
You must notify me immediately within 24 hours of receiving baby, via email or telephone, and let me know that you will be returning him/her. Baby must be sent back USPS Priority mail, fully insured for entire purchase price + shipping costs and package must have a tracking number. The tracking number must be given to me immediately via email or telephone. Baby must be mailed and tracking number given to me within five (5) days of notification of return. Baby and entire contents of package must be returned in original packaging in the exact same MINT condition as sent to you (smoke and/or pet smells will void refund). Once I receive the package and inspect contents and find it to be in MINT re-sellable condition, I will refund or credit your purchase price minus all shipping fees paid by me, your initial deposit(if layaway was used), and any Paypal fees and/or customs fees paid by myself, upon return. You, the buyer, are responsible for all return shipping/insurance costs. If baby is damaged or lost during return shipping and the foregoing return requirements were NOT met, then I assume no responsibility and you will not get your refund or credit. Due to the communication and photos exchanged during the creation of custom order babies, CUSTOM ORDER DOLLS are not eligible for this refund or any refund other than the damage during shipping refund.
If you purchase a baby in person from the nursery, since you will be able to pick up the baby and inspect him or her thoroughly, no refunds will be given for any reason.
Shipping
Baby will travel to his or her new home comfy and securely in a Neverland Nursery box with all of Baby's items carefully packed together. Baby will be fully insured for entire purchase price plus shipping fees. I ship USPS Priority mail with signature confirmation within the USA and USPS Priority International mail service with insurance and signature confirmation outside of the USA so you will get a tracking number. I will ship overnight or with another carrier for an additional charge. If you live outside of the USA, it is your responsibility to check with your customs to see if you can receive this package. I will not be responsible for any additional costs due to problems with customs nor will I refund any shipping costs or Paypal fees (if this was your method of payment), or the $250 non-refundable deposit for custom orders if customs denies delivery of package. You will be responsible for all additional customs fees that might occur, and, if you cannot receive the package at all, I will also withhold any shipping fees charged to return the baby to me before refunding your money. Please check your customs laws BEFORE BUYING. Checking ahead of time will save a lot of heartache and aggravation. If you pay with Paypal, I will only ship to a verified address, no exceptions.
**Damaged during shipping- I will refund your money or credit it towards a new purchase if your doll arrives damaged due to shipping. Once the package is returned to me, I will make a claim on the insurance. When I receive payment from the insurance, I will refund your money.
**Anyone can arrange to pick their baby up in person at no charge.
