I am an independent artist. I make reborn babies for my own enjoyment and yours. This is a sole operation, therefore, I have set forth policies that I will strictly adhere to in order to function as one person making creations for people worldwide. Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority! I will bend over backwards to make my customers happy and I am easy to work with. I enjoy working with you! If you have a special request, just ask me. I stand behind my craftsmanship 100%. I put my heart and soul into each baby I create. All doll babies “born in Neverland” are made of the finest materials currently available on the market and are in mint condition when they ship to you. I believe the information on the Recognition and Testimonials page of this site speak for my craftsmanship.
TERMS for NURSERY ORDERS ONLY. The Retail Store has different terms.
**I offer a discount for some multiple orders. Ask to see if your items qualify.
**Babies ship out as soon as complete payment is made and cleared.
**Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.
**ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Acceptable Payments- US Currency only
Paypal- US currency only please.
Money Orders/ Postal Money Orders- US currency only please.
Western Union- US currency only please.
Bank Wire- Great for international orders.
Personal Checks- $35 fee for returned checks will be added to the price of your baby. Please note that my bank requires 10-15 business days for clearance before they will guarantee me that your check has successfully exchanged. Consider this when making your final payment as it could delay the shipment of your doll.
Payments Due on Custom Heirloom Reborns
Unless a specific layaway plan has been discussed and set up at the time of ordering a custom doll, the entire remaining balance is due at completion. I will give you at least two weeks notice before completion of the doll so that you can expect the payment. Once I am 100% finished with your doll, I will send you a final notice of completion with photos. You then have 14 days to remit payment or you forfeit your doll. Again, I offer very flexible layaways and I am very understanding and don't mind working with you on payments, but, do not wait until the doll is finished to try and work out something with me. Please communicate with me immediately if you forsee needing an extension. I reserve the right to reject extensions at my own discretion.
Lay A Way Courtesy Plan
The chart below does not apply to custom ordered heirloom reborn dolls. It does apply to all other dolls on this site.
*Custom Heirloom Reborn Layaways--
On custom order Heirloom Reborns, I will work within a time frame of up to 12 months. At least one payment must be made per month. Simply let me know the method you plan on using for payments and we will work something out. I am easy to work with. Just contact me and let me know you want to do a lay a way. Payments equaling at least the minimum required deposit must be received before I order your sculpt. Please know this could possibly result in having to choose a different sculpt if the one you have chosen is a limited edition that could sell out during the period of time when you are making payments.
*All CUSTOM Doll Layaways--
All payments made toward a custom order doll are non-refundable. Due to the fact that the doll is being made to your specifications and your choices and/or photos, it may not be resellable and I have put my time into making it, therefore, voiding any type of refunds or store credits. Please make sure you want the doll and plan to follow through on your purchase before you choose this option.All heirloom reborn dolls, Playborns, Photo dolls of any kind, and Kool Kids are custom order dolls and fall under these guidelines
*Layaways for available babies-
I will hold a baby for 7 days to await the arrival of your payment in the mail. The first payment toward your layaway is non-transferable to other items. All layaway payments are non-refundable- NO EXCEPTIONS. If you decide to cancel your layaway for any reason, all payments except your first down payment will be credited to your account and can be used for future purchases. Your initial down payment is forfeited upon cancellation of layaway and will not be credited to your account. Absolutely no refunds will be given on any payments for any reason. Please make sure that you intend to follow through with your purchase before choosing this option. Again custom order dolls are not eligible for any refunds or credits. These terms are only for dolls that are already made and available on this site.
LAYAWAY plan for all available babies, Kool Kids, and Kool Kid Photo Dolls whether custom order or not is as follows...
1. Any purchases totaling $100.00 to $300.00 = 3 payment plan. 1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days and the remaining 1/3 in 60 days.
2. Any purchases totaling $300.01 to $600.00 = 4 payment plan. 1/4 down, 1/4 in 30 days, 1/4 in 60 days and the remaining 1/4 in 90 days.
3. Any purchases totaling $600.01 and up = 6 payment plan. 1/6 down, 1/6 in 30 days, 1/6 in 60 days, 1/6 in 90 days, 1/6 in 120 days and the remaining 1/6 in 150 days.
4. We do not offer layaway on purchases that total less than $100.00.
5. The first payment is a restocking fee and is non-refundable. Any layaway cancellations or changes will be charged the restocking fee and any remaining credits will be given as a store credit. Store credits are good for 90 days and can not be used for toward custom heirloom doll orders. There are no refunds.
6. Late payments (more than 5 days) will be charged a $15.00 processing fee. If a payment becomes 30 days late, the restocking fee will be charged immediately and any remaining credit will become a store credit for the customer.
7. The price of the doll on the date the layaway is started is what the layaway order will be billed at, whether the doll goes on special or has a price increase later.
8. There is no 'Free Shipping' on layaways. All layaway orders will be charged the actual USPS shipping charge when the final payment is due.
9. To place order on layaway, either purchase via layaway "add to cart" button or contact me.
10. There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges or changes on layaways. Damaged merchandise can be returned for the same item only.

Refunds are available only in the form of store credit. There are no cash refunds on the purchase of any dolls from the nursery. Store credits can be used within the nursery or the retail store for any available items. If you cancel a layaway, you forfeit your deposit and any additional monies paid will be credited to your account. Due to the communication and photos exchanged during the creation of custom order babies, and due to the fact that the doll is being created to your specifications and choices, CUSTOM ORDER DOLLS of any kind are not eligible for this refund or any refund other than the damage during shipping refund.
Returns-
Due to the collectible value of the dolls, there will be no returns on any Nursery dolls. I personally make these dolls and they are in brand new mint condition when they ship to you, therefore, no returns will be accepted.
Shipping
Baby will travel to his or her new home comfy and securely in a Neverland Nursery box with all of Baby's items carefully packed together.
Within the USA-
Baby will be fully insured for entire purchase price plus shipping fees. I ship USPS Priority mail with signature confirmation so you will get a tracking number. I will ship overnight or with another carrier for an additional charge.
International-
I ship USPS Priority International mail with insurance. I will insure the package for the entire purchase price of the doll plus shipping fees unless you ask me to do otherwise.Please know that if the package gets damaged or lost during transit, you will only get the amount of insurance coverage purchased. I DO NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNDERINSURED PACKAGES SHOULD IT BECOME LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT.Some countries will not allow the full purchase price of the doll to be covered by insurance. In this instance, I will purchase the maximum amount allowed by your country. Again, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AMOUNTS NOT COVERED BY POSTAL INSURANCE SHOULD SOMETHING HAPPEN TO THE PACKAGE DURING TRANSIT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK WITH YOUR CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT TO SEE IF YOU CAN RECEIVE THIS PACKAGE.I will not be responsible for any additional fees or costs incurred due to problems with customs. If customs denies delivery of package, I will not refund any shipping costs or the non-refundable deposit paid for custom orders. I will also withhold any shipping fees charged to return the baby to me before refunding your money. I will refund the rest of your money once the baby is safely returned to me. Please check your customs laws BEFORE BUYING. Checking ahead of time will save a lot of heartache and aggravation.
Damge During Shipping-
I will refund your money or credit it towards a new purchase if your doll arrives damaged due to shipping. Once the package is returned to me, I will make a claim on the insurance. When I receive payment from the insurance, I will refund your money.
**Anyone can arrange to pick their baby up in person at no charge.
