Special/Pre- Orders

Pre- orders are orders that are placed for dolls or items that are not yet ready to ship from the factory. Pre-orders are processed as soon as they are is placed. Deposits for pre-order dolls are NON REFUNDABLE. Pre-Orders paid by check or money order will not go into effect until the check or money order arrives.

Special Orders are considered to be any order placed for a doll or item that is not in stock at my store but is in stock and ready to ship from the factory. Special-orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Deposits for special order dolls are NON REFUNDABLE. Special-Orders paid by check or money order will not be placed until the check or money order arrives.

There are absolutely no returns on Pre- ordered or Special-ordered dolls.

If you are paying for a special or pre-order by Paypal, the remaining balance will be invoiced when the doll is ready to ship. I will email or phone you if you are paying by check or money order to let you know the doll is in stock. The remaining balance must then be paid within 14 days.
