Custom Order Babies-  you choose everything for your baby!
We will discuss all options via email or telephone, you make your choices, and then I will send photos periodically throughout the process so you can watch your baby “come to life!”  I will provide the links for you to find your precious baby sculpt and eyes and we will go over the details of your baby’s creation carefully.  You can choose the sex, hair color and texture, eye color and type, ethnic skin tone, baby’s approximate age, and baby’s name.  Of course, any of these options can be a surprise too if you choose!  I will also try to accommodate favorite colors or styles when shopping for baby’s “coming home” outfit(s).  Of course, you can shop for baby too! 

Each custom order baby will be priced differently based upon the sculpt chosen, additional options chosen, and the time required to make your particular combination of choices.  You can find available options at the bottom of this page.  You will be quoted a FINAL price once you’ve made your choices and before I begin work.  Please contact me for a quote and finishing time frame.  I do offer lay-a-way.  Please see “Terms” page.

Within the USA I accept cash, money orders, personal checks, Paypal, and Western Union. International orders may use postal money orders, Western Union, or Paypal.

My base pricing for a newborn 18-20 inch custom heirloom reborn baby begins at $899 and can vary geatly depending on your choices. The size of the actual doll, the type of rooting, and the age of the baby, are major factors that will affect the price of your reborn. Please read the following paragraph...

I will make any baby or toddler of your choice. If you will email me with an idea of what you would like, or specifics if you already know, through our communication, I will help to educate you about the babies and give you choices, so that you can narrow your focus to the exact baby you want. I will figure the cost of ALL materials required to make your specific baby. I will also figure a very accurate estimate of how many hours I will have invested in making your baby which I call TTL... my TIME, TALENT, and LABOR required to create the doll from beginning to end. With these figures I will quote your price.

The final agreed upon price will cover all supplies, TTL (time, talent & labor)baby's coordinated coming home layette, 2 magnetic pacifiers to match different outfits, either a hospital ID band (boys) or Neverland Pearl Bracelet (girls), newborn brush and comb set, beautiful birth certificate, baby’s first color portraits, and Neverland care instructions unless agreed upon otherwise. I will be more than happy to direct you to the websites where you can choose your baby's sculpt and eyes, etc.  

Please know that reborn babies require many hours to make properly. Most importantly, TALENT is required to craft a beautifully realistic baby. There are many who attempt to make these babies but few who truly have the talent to do so. This is an artform to be admired and respected. I feel very BLESSED to have the opportunity to make such wonderful additions to your family's legacy. Feel free to ask all questions.

I require a non-refundable deposit on all custom orders before I order your sculpt or begin work. Deposits on all babies will be priced on a case by case basis and will also be non-refundable.Initial deposit will be applied to the total price of your baby.

**Final payment for a custom baby is due within 2 weeks of completion and I will notify you at that point via our agreed method of contact. I must receive your full final payment within 14 days of notification unless a layaway has been discussed and agreed upon before your purchase.  You will have an estimated date of completion before I begin, therefore, you will know when to expect notice of completion. If you think you might be away or might not receive this message for any reason, let me know ASAP.  If I don‘t hear from you within the 14 day period when I contact you, or receive payment by the 14th day, I will list the baby for sale and you will forfeit your deposit and the doll.

I always have a waiting list. Custom orders are made on a first come first served basis. Our agreement on your specifications along with the non-refundable deposit, secures your place in line.  I cannot give you an estimated time frame for completion until I actually receive your deposit because someone else might pay while you are deciding.  It has happened before so know that the time frame is always estimated, especially until your deposit is received.  Time will depend on how many orders I have already.  I give each order my undivided attention and I only make one reborn baby at a time. All times are estimated.  If you have a definite date you need your baby by, just let me know and I’ll let you know if I can have it ready by that date for sure.

No baby will ever be duplicated.  I mix new paints for each baby and vary my techniques. I could not make two babies exactly alike even if I wanted to.  Your little baby will never be duplicated.  You might see a resemblance in two babies, especially if the same sculpt has been used, but, there will never be another baby just like yours. Your baby will truly be “One Of A Kind!”

Adopting is FUN at Neverland Nursery!

As a baby is being "brought to life" at the nursery, photos are sent periodically to the adopting parent for either approval or simple updating of the baby's progress. Once you secure your baby's "birthing time" at the nursery you will receive all of the "birthing process" photos via email of the babies being born before yours too! This way you get to see the activity of the nursery while you anticipate the arrival of your new little one!

Offers- My "Delayed Delivery" Plan

If you would like to write me with an offer on making you a doll that is fine too. I will refuse any and all unreasonable offers as my time is valuable to me and I do have clients who will compensate me accordingly. I say this with as much graciousness as you can imagine but I do not give my work away. I will accept all honest and reasonable offers because it breaks my heart when someone can't adopt because of financial reasons. It will generally take me longer to finish your baby because I have to work on it between my full price paying customers. I will not give you a deadline of when it will be ready because of this, but, you can rest assured I will be working on it. Try to determine the fine line between what you think my work is worth vs. how much you can afford. I am easy to work with and remember, I honestly want you to have one of my babies. To the best of my ability, I will try to meet you where you are. This will be an exciting process for you and when you hold your little "baby" you'll be so glad you made the choice to adopt.

Portrait Babies or Photo Dolls
Portrait babies follow the same pricing and guidelines as my custom babies with the exception of the $25 non-refundable finding fee I charge to cover my time spent looking for a sculpt to match your portrait.  I will need multiple photos of your child at the age you’d like me to find a sculpt for.  I will find one or more sculpts that I think will make a good depiction of your child and I will show them to you and you can help decide.  If you choose to continue the process, you will pay your deposit at that time and I will make your Portrait Baby.  Please realize that Portrait Babies “resemble” your child and are not exact. The only way to get an exact match would be to have a mold made of your child’s head and a sculpt made from the mold and then you could get a fairly close match.  I do not do that.  I have to find a sculpt that portrays the likeness of your child made by a sculptor.  All other facets of your child’s likeness, such as coloring, hairlines & styles, markings, etc will be duplicated to the best of my ability. The end result will surprise you!  Please see Kool Kids for a less expensive option.

Kool Kids
I can make a Kool Kid in the likeness of a child or any design you’d like.  These are high quality collectible dolls that come painted with eyes from the factory.  They are suited for a child to play with or to display.  I assemble and weight them and then glue their wig on and dress them.  You can choose the hair style and color, skin color, and eye color.  They wear newborn or 3 month sized clothing.  I can add some things like freckles, birthmarks, moles, etc.   Base price is $250 + shipping.  Freckles, etc cost $10-$25 depending on what is required and some wigs might cost more.  A non-refundable deposit of $125 is required for these dolls.  I can generally have your Kool Kid ready to ship to you within two weeks as long as all supplies are in stock at the factory.

Gift Certificates
Beautiful, full color gift certificates are available from The Neverland Nursery in any amount that you wish to purchase.  These certificates can be used toward any baby available or custom made in Neverland.  Each certificate purchased will be numbered, personalized, and recorded so that the recipient needs only to contact me with their name and certificate number in order to use it.  Certificates can be applied to layaways.  I will mail the certificate to you or directly to the recipient with your message. Gift certificates can also be sent electronically via email.
